Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                 
on June 16 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                 
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                  
                                                                                                    
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 134(JUD) "An Act                                                    
         relating to a pilot project to review and investigate                                      
         certain complaints from victims of sexual assault in                                       
         the first degree or sexual abuse of a minor in the first
